Danvers Days 2019

Yesterday we took part in the community service at Danvers Days. We enjoyed beautiful weather, even though earlier there had been the threat of thunderstorms. There was a good turnout as well—I counted about 153. Afterwards AWW had lunch available. Thanks to all of those who participated and who helped out.

Many of our students have returned to school this past week. Illinois State University students have returned to campus. We will be resuming our Fall schedule on September 8th. There are some great changes taking place in the Sunday School program, so make sure to come out and see what’s happening. Starting September 8th we’ll have Sunday School at 9:00 am and our Worship Service will be at 10:10 am.

September 8th is also our kickoff Sunday, so take the opportunity to invite someone else to come with you! It’d be great to have a good attendance there that Sunday.
