Fourth Annual Uno Tournament

It was another busy Sunday at North Danvers yesterday. After our worship service, we had our monthly potluck. After this we had the Fourth Annual North Danvers Uno Tournament! Many thanks to all of those who contributed to bring this event to pass. We appreciate all of your hard work. Those who came out an participated really enjoyed themselves. We want to say congratulations to Christa Stahly who was our Adult Champion this year. Well done, Christa! & Dominic Martin was the Kids Champion -Great Job Dominic!

Yesterday’s service focused on repentance and forgiveness. It’s an important topic as we approach the Easter season. This coming Wednesday is the beginning of Lent. Even though we have not traditionally observed this season, it is a good time for us to reflect on our need for Jesus. All of us are in need of his mercy and grace. The good news is that God has accomplished all that we need to be in relationship with him. Remember that the GLAPS pancake breakfast is coming up March 7th. This is an important fund-raiser for our preschool. This is also a great season to invite others to come and participate with us in Sunday School and our worship service. Hope to see you Sunday!
