It was cold, but a beautiful evening yesterday for the wiener roast. I am in Elkhart, IN at AMBS for some training, but I’ve already heard multiple reports that last night went really well. Thanks so much for all who worked to make it a success. Such a great opportunity to enjoy some good fellowship with our Church community.

It’s been a joy over the past two weeks to accept ten new members into the NDMC community. We are so pleased to welcome Gil and Barb Engel, and Bill and Jan Hinrichsen whose membership was affirmed a week ago We are also pleased to welcome Frank and Cathy Hillman, Fred and Judy Miller, and John and Martha Reel whose membership was affirmed yesterday during the worship service. You are most welcome!

Remember that the AWW kickoff will be next Sunday. We are so pleased that Joe and Emma Brandt are our new youth group leaders. I know they are excited to get things started with the youth group.

There is also still time to sign up to help serve a meal on November 10th at the Safe Harbor mission. There’s a sign-up sheet in the fellowship hall, or you can talk to Tracy Rennie if you have any additional questions.
