Freedom
Good day to all of you. It was great to worship with you yesterday and to celebrate communion with you. Thinking about the message yesterday and the freedom we have received from God through Jesus, the Cross and resurrection of Jesus. How much have you accepted of that freedom, the grace, the mercy, forgiveness, love and healing? Paul said he wanted to know Christ more and he admitted that he had not obtained all of that knowledge about Jesus and freedom that he had been given, but he wanted to know more about Jesus.
So, the question for me and you is how much of the freedom that God has given us have we accepted and how much are we willing to except and go forward in our lives? No, we like Paul will never fully obtain all this but we can press on and take hold of all that Jesus took hold of us. Forgetting the past and moving forward in our walk with the Lord.
The other question is are we willing to give that freedom we have received to our brothers and sister? We need to give all that mercy, grace, forgiveness, love and healing that God have given us through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, to our brothers and sister, and to those who have not received the Lord as of yet. May the grace of the Lord be with you all.
